Continue a run

POST/v1/runs/:id/continuescope agents:run

Resumes a run with status requires_approval once its pending action has been decided. If it hasn't been decided yet, returns the run unchanged. Approving in the dashboard already resumes the run, so you usually only need GET /v1/runs/:id.
