401 or 403 from the API
The key is wrong, revoked, or missing a permission.
| Error | Fix |
|---|---|
| 401 unauthorized | Send Authorization: Bearer <full key>. Revoked or rotated keys stop working. |
| 403 insufficient_scope | The key lacks the endpoint's permission. Create a key with it. |
| 403 environment_mismatch | Test keys reach test agents only; live keys live agents only. |
