A tool failed with "credential isn't available"

The run's steps show the reason. Either the credential was revoked, or it's for a different environment than the agent (a test credential on a live agent). Nothing was sent to your system.

Fix: add a credential for the agent's environment, or replace the secret on the existing one, then pick it on the tool again.
