Any whole-dollar amount, paid on HandyPay.

Billing → Add credit. Type an amount or pick one, then pay on HandyPay's hosted checkout. The credit appears as soon as HandyPay confirms the payment (Billing re-checks each time you open it). Credit doesn't expire.
